How do we get an invoice?
Fill in the “Request an invoice” form on this page — company, tax ID, contact, e-mail and the number of seats. We will issue an invoice for bank-transfer payment and reply to your e-mail within 1 business day.
Which documents will accounting receive?
An invoice and closing documents. The service is provided under a public offer; all settlements are non-cash. The exact set is agreed when the invoice is issued.
How fast is the invoice issued?
We reply fast — usually within a few hours on business days (MSK), within 1 business day at most. The exact timing of the invoice and access activation will be confirmed in our reply.
Can we sign a contract?
Yes. The base document is the public offer on the website. If your company needs a separate contract, mention it in the request comment — we will prepare one.
How does payment work?
By invoice — bank transfer from the company account. You can also pay by card on the website: Pro is 4 000 ₽ for 30 days of access. Card access is activated within minutes after payment.
What about refunds?
Service access is a digital product delivered electronically. Refunds and cancellation follow the “Returns” page rules. Card payments are cancelled in 1 click in the account; access lasts until the end of the paid period. Invoice-payment refund terms are fixed in the contract/invoice. Preliminary wording — to be agreed with a lawyer.
