GorkyCAD Pro personal data processing and protection policy.

1. General Provisions

GorkyCAD Pro (the "Service") prioritizes your data privacy. We do not share, sell, or use your project data for any purpose other than providing the service to you. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect user information.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum necessary data for the Service to function:

  • Email — for account creation and access recovery.
  • Project files — by default stored only locally in your browser (IndexedDB). When using cloud sync — encrypted on our servers.
  • Anonymous usage statistics — via Plausible Analytics (no cookies, no personal data).

3. How We Use Data

Collected data is used exclusively for: (a) providing access to the Service; (b) saving and synchronizing your projects; (c) improving Service quality based on anonymous statistics; (d) sending important notifications (only with your consent).

4. Data Storage and Protection

Project data is stored locally in the browser by default. During cloud sync, data is encrypted (AES-256) in transit and at rest. All connections use HTTPS. Only the account owner has access to the data.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to: (a) download all your data at any time; (b) delete your account and all associated data; (c) opt out of receiving notifications; (d) use the Service completely offline without data transmission.
