Public Offer for the Provision of Access to the GorkyCAD Pro Service

Terms of access to the service, plans, payment and refunds.

This document is the official public offer (in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) of Sole Proprietor Bogdan Aleksandrovich Chul (INN 524929558010, OGRN 324527500112942; hereinafter — the «Provider») to conclude an agreement on providing access to the GorkyCAD Pro service (hereinafter — the «Service») on the terms set out below. Acceptance of this offer means that the User has performed one of the following actions: registration of an account in the Service or payment for paid features of the Service.

The full legal text of the offer is available in Russian at https://gorkycad.pro/ru/offer/ and prevails in case of any discrepancy between the language versions.

1. Definitions

1.1. Service — the GorkyCAD Pro web application available at https://gorkycad.pro/cad/ for electrical design (EOM) of buildings: floor plans, electrical diagrams, distribution boards, calculations and documents.

1.2. User — a capable individual or a representative of a legal entity who has accepted the terms of this offer.

1.3. Plan — a set of Service features and limits available to the User. The list of plans is published at https://gorkycad.pro/en/pricing/.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Provider grants the User access to the Service in accordance with the selected Plan. The Service is provided «as is»: the Provider does not guarantee that the results of the Service replace a qualified specialist.

2.2. Calculation results and documents produced by the Service are for reference only and must be verified by a certified specialist before use in project documentation (under applicable codes — PUE, GOST, SP).

2.3. The Provider may change the scope of Service features and Plans by publishing the changes on the website.

3. Plans and Payment

3.1. Free access: demo projects are available without limits; PDF export of demo projects — after registration. Upon registration the User is credited with 100 AI tokens.

3.2. Paid plan «Pro»: RUB 4,000 (four thousand) for 30 days of access. For Users located outside the Russian Federation and the CIS countries, a regional markup of +20% applies (payment via Robokassa). The final amount is shown on the payment page before the charge.

3.3. AI tokens beyond the included allowance can be purchased in separate packs; their prices are listed on the payment page.

3.4. Payment is made by bank card through payment partners (Robokassa, T-Bank). Access to paid features is granted after the payment confirmation by the payment system.

3.5. The «Pro» subscription is valid for 30 days from activation. Renewal is performed by a repeated payment; there is no automatic renewal.

4. Access, Cancellation and Refunds

4.1. Access to the Service is granted after a successful payment. The User may stop using paid features at any time (by not renewing the subscription); access remains valid until the end of the paid period.

4.2. Refunds for a paid but unused period are handled as described on the Refunds page and in accordance with the consumer protection laws of the Russian Federation.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

5.1. The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with the Terms of Service, not to share account credentials with third parties and not to use the Service for unlawful activity.

5.2. The Provider undertakes to keep the Service operational and to provide user support. The Provider is not liable for Service outages caused by force majeure or the actions of third parties.

5.3. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. Governing Law and Final Provisions

6.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiations; if no agreement is reached — in court at the Provider’s location in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

6.2. The Provider may amend this offer; the new version takes effect upon publication on the website.
