Terms of Service — GorkyCAD Pro

Effective date: July 15, 2025

1. General Terms

By using GorkyCAD Pro (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties.

2. Project Rights

All projects created by you in GorkyCAD Pro are your intellectual property. We claim no rights to your content. You are fully responsible for ensuring your projects comply with building codes and regulations.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for terms violations.

4. Plans and Payment

The Free plan is provided without time limit. Pro and Team are monthly or annual subscriptions. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Annual payment includes a 20% discount. Special conditions apply for educational institutions.

5. Limitation of Liability

GorkyCAD Pro is a design tool. Final verification of the project for standards compliance is the responsibility of a qualified engineer. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect input data or improper use of the Service. The Service's calculations are for reference purposes.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. After account deletion, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can download a backup of your projects beforehand.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to users by email or via in-Service notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
