Neutral at every switch
Smart switches need N. With a classic two-wire wiring, installation becomes impossible without rewiring. The design lays 3 wires (L, N, PE) to every switch.
Switch circuits
Smart relays or modules per group. For large houses — a bus (KNX, Zigbee, WB) with a coordinator; the project shows the bus route.
Backup power
The hub, routers and cameras need UPS: the project provides a separate circuit with UPS in the panel or a small DIN-mounted UPS.
Camera and sensor wiring
Cameras: UTP + power (PoE or 12-24 V). Sensors: low-current bus with a separate panel section.
Load planning
Automation does not reduce load: count all circuits normally, automation only controls them. GorkyCAD keeps the model consistent.
Why design first
Rewiring a finished renovation costs 3-5 times more. The design fixes the cable routes once — before the walls close.
