Dedicated audio circuit
Audio equipment — a separate circuit with a separate ground: «star» topology from the panel. This removes hum and interference from household appliances.
Video and projector
Projector — dedicated circuit + UPS. HDMI/HDBaseT cable routes are laid away from power lines — the design keeps 30 cm distance.
Grounding
Star grounding: all equipment connects to one point. PE bus in the AV cabinet — no loops, no potential difference.
Lighting
Dimmable lighting with a scene «Movie»: local dimming, no bright spots above the screen. The design includes a separate dimming group.
Sockets
Behind the equipment — 6-10 sockets with reserve; on the wall — sockets for consoles and peripherals. All sockets with RCD 30 mA.
Why it matters
A home cinema without design: hum, flicker, hot equipment, one overloaded socket. With design — everything works from the first switch-on.
