TV
Coaxial to the TV points; or IP-TV over the network. In new buildings — 1-2 TV points per room.
Video intercom
From the entrance door to the panel and the indoor monitor: 2 wires + power. The monitor — near the entrance.
Security
Cameras — PoE UTP; sensors — a loop to the control panel; the control panel — in a technical niche with backup.
Crossing rules
Low-current and power — 30 cm apart, crossing at right angles. In one corrugation — never.
Why design
No low-current design — a wall without internet, cables crossed with power, interference. The design fixes the routes once.
