Why make a project before renovation

A project is your contract with the electrician: where each cable goes, how many sockets, which breakers, which panel. Without it you rely on words; with it you rely on paper. You can check the work at any stage, and the electrician works faster — a clear task is done without revisions.

Cable calculation — don't pay for 3 km when 500 m is needed

Common practice on renovations: the electrician buys cable «with reserve» and charges it in full. GorkyCAD calculates the exact cable length by routes: apartment 55 m² — about 350-450 m, house 100 m² — 600-800 m. You see the number in the project and control the purchase and installation.
