Basic protection (direct contact) + fault protection (indirect contact) required in every installation.
411.3.2 TN: Zs × Ia ≤ U0; TT: RA × Ia ≤ 50 V; IT: by calculation.
411.3.3 RCD ≤ 30 mA mandatory for: socket circuits up to 20 A in dwellings; sockets and portable equipment in rooms with baths/showers.
411.3.4 30 mA RCD for all socket circuits (up to 32 A) — national requirement in most EU countries.
411.5 TN disconnection: 0.4 s up to 230 V for socket/portable circuits; 5 s for distribution.
411.6 TT: RA × Ia ≤ 50 V; an RCD satisfies this.
Double or reinforced insulation, no earthing connection, "double square" marking.
One appliance per isolating transformer; parts not connected to earth or other circuits.
≤ 50 V AC (120 V DC) in dry conditions; safe isolating transformer sources.
415.1 30 mA RCD additional protection for sockets ≤ 20 A and portable equipment.
415.2 Supplementary equipotential bonding in high-risk locations.
Automatic single-line diagrams, PUE/GOST/IEC calculations, specification and PDF — from one model.
