RETIE — Colombian technical regulation (Res. 90708/2013). Design per NTC 2050 (NEC adoption); RETIE adds certification, personnel qualification, testing.
3.1 Equipment (panels, breakers, cables, luminaires) needs a RETIE conformity certificate. 3.2 No installation without marking/certificates.
4.2 Earth electrodes per NTC 2050; TN-C-S at 120/240 V. 4.5 Lightning protection by calculation (NTC 4552).
4.8 Breakers/fuses by rating; 30 mA ID for bathrooms, outdoor, wet zones.
5.1 Insulation resistance, earthing continuity, protection tripping, polarity. 5.2 Test reports; no connection without acceptance.
